Our Story
Started in 2011 when our founder got tired of watching smart companies implode over people problems. Back then we had one client and a coffee-stained notebook. Fast forward to today—we've worked with 47 companies across manufacturing, tech, and services. Our approach evolved through real situations: the startup that grew too fast, the family business stuck in old patterns, the corporation drowning in process. Each one taught us something. We learned that listening matters more than talking. That context matters more than theory. That small changes often beat massive overhauls.
